I was born and raised in Owosso, Michigan and attended Michigan State University.  I moved to Florida in 1995 to attend Stetson University College of Law. Tampa is now my home with my family.  I enjoy being active in the Tampa Bay community, volunteering with the Guardian Ad Litem program, Scouts BSA Troop 22, and local schools.

I began my practice handling a wide range of admiralty and maritime cases, including vessel collisions, cargo losses, cruise line accidents and recreational boating incidents.  My practice later expanded to include representing clients in personal injury matters, from automobile and trucking accidents to premises liability cases.  Additionally, I have extensive experience handling first and third-party insurance disputes and construction defect matters. I have represented a wide range of clients, including shipowners, businesses, condominium associations, insurance companies and homeowners.

I have trial experience across the State of Florida, representing plaintiffs and defendants, in both state and federal court.  I now use this experience to assist parties in amicably resolving their disputes as a neutral third party. I am dedicated to making every effort to assist you in resolving your case.
