Two (2) parties: $250.00 per hour per party.
Three (3) or more parties: $200.00 per hour per party.
Minimum Fee: Two (2) hours per party for mediations conducted in Tampa, Florida and three (3) hours per party for all other mediations.
Calculation of Time: Time over two hours will be charged in thirty (30) minute increments.
Preparation Time: There are no charges for the first hour of preparation time. Preparation time over the first hour will be charged $100.00 per hour per party. Preparation time includes, but is not limited to, review of case summaries, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, research and any other documents or items provided by any party.
Travel Charges: $100.00 per hour per party, plus any hotel, car rental, and/or hotel charges.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified less than three (3) business days prior to the commencement will be charged the Minimum Fee.
Payment: Parties represented by an attorney will be billed after the conference. Pro se parties must pay the Minimum Fee three (3) business days prior to the time of conference. Pro se parties will be billed any balance after the conference. Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
